  • How do I pay my rent?

    Rent is paid through your Online Portal. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, late fees are assessed on the 11th. 

  • What are the utility companies?

    -BGE provides gas and electric service. You can contact them at bge.com or by calling 1-800-685-0123. 


    -Xfinity is the local cable provider. You can contact them at xfinity.com or by calling 1-800-XFINITY 


  • Is there parking available?

    Some properties have private parking for an additional fee. For street permit parking you will contact Parking Authority Baltimore City: rpp@bcparking,com or 443-573-2800 

  • How do I report a maintenance issue?

    Please submit a maintenance request on your Online Portal

  • What if I have an emergency?

    For a legitimate emergency issue please call the office at 410-929-2764 and leave a message with the issue, address and phone number and we will call you back. 

  • What is considered an emergency?

    No heat, water leaks that can not be stopped and are causing property damage. 

  • What if I am locked out?

    If during normal business hours you can call the office and we will try to assist you. If after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith. 

  • I have another question.
